If you are on a septic, especially if your septic is brand new and on a hill or in an area that there is rock formations under your leaching field, this is a great recipe. This helps to slow down when you have to have your septic tank pumped out…and anybody knows that this is expensive, so by using this recipe and others, you will save a huge amount of money at home! If you are in an area that your sewer is not so good, you can do your part by using this recipe as well!

1/4 C Washing Soda (You can get this at the grocery store in the cleaning or Laundry area)

1/2 C. Borax (you can get this at the grocery store in the cleaning or laundry area)

1 bar grated “Fels Naptha” (you can get this at the grocery store in the cleaning or laundry area)

Rinse Agent:

To rinse you clothes and take static out the old fashioned way, add 1/4 C White Vinegar to your rinse or your softening ball.
