Anti-Cancer Marinade

Grilled meats can contain high levels fo carcinogenic s called heterocyclic amines (HCA’s)
This recipe developed by a Molecular Biologist James Felton, PhD keeps the formation of those HCA’s to a minimum!
6 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
4 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
4 Tablespoons Lemon Juice (I use fresh Squeezed)
1/2 Cup packed brown sugar (or I use Brown SugarBlend to control my glucose and remain natural)
3 Tablespoons grainy mustard
3 medium garlic cloves, crushed
1-1/2 teaspoons salt
Mix ingredients and make sure meat is covered. You’ll need to soak it in this marinade for 4 hours before putting it on the grill!
