Stress-Buster Tea

Defuses stress

7 tsp     chamomile flowers

7 tsp     lavender spikes

7 tsp     kava leaves

7 tsp     lemon balm leaves

7 tsp     marjoram

1 spray of valerian flowers

In a quart of freshly boiled water, steep the chamomile, lavender, kava, lemon balm, marjoram, and valerian to tate. Strain out the plant material. Drink the tea hot or cool as often as needed, refrigerating leftovers for later use.
